Our  Story

Cumberland Permit Strategy Group was founded to make the permitting process easier, clearer, and more predictable for clients who don’t have time for guesswork. After nearly a decade working within municipal development departments and managing permitting operations for national commercial projects, I saw how often delays came from unclear requirements or inconsistent communication. CPSG was created to close that gap.​

 

With experience spanning zoning research, plan‑review coordination, and multi‑agency workflow management, I’ve supported hundreds of projects across the country—from tenant improvements to complex, multi‑state programs.
