These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of services provided by Cumberland Permit Strategy Group (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By submitting payment through our website, you agree to the following:

1. Payment & Refund Policy

1.1 Non-Refundable Once Work Begins
All payments become non-refundable once work has begun on your project.
Work is considered to have begun when your Project Information Form is submitted. Submission triggers our team to enter the project into our workflow and begin processing immediately.

1.2 Purchases Made in Error
If you believe a purchase was made in error, do not complete the Project Information Form.
Contact us immediately at daniel@permitstrategy.com for review.
Once the form is submitted, we cannot halt or reverse the process, and no refunds will be issued.

1.3 Discretionary Credits
If a true mistake occurred, or if a project is canceled for reasons outside your control, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit toward future services.
Credits are not guaranteed and are determined case-by-case by Company ownership.

2. Project Processing & Turnaround

We strive to complete all work as swiftly, accurately, and comprehensively as possible.
Processing times may vary based on jurisdictional response times, completeness of customer-provided information, and project complexity.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information.

• Respond to follow-up questions or requests for documentation in a timely manner.

• Review all drafts, submittals, and documents prior to final approval.

Failure to provide needed information may delay project timelines.

4. No Guarantee of Permit Approval

We provide expertise, preparation, and advisory services.
However, final approval of any permit or submittal is determined solely by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
We cannot guarantee approval, timelines, or outcomes controlled by third-party agencies.

5. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms as needed.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
